WHAT WE’RE HIRING FOR:
We’re looking for Agent Recruiters to join our team. So, what does an Agent Recruiter do?
Agent Recruiters are inside sales representatives who are sharing amazing job and company opportunities with skilled candidates. Agent Recruiters post job listings, find and reach out to qualified candidates, and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
The Agent Recruiter works on the frontlines of promoting Platinum Choice Bancard to potential sales candidates and hooking ideal talent for open positions within the company. He/she will pre-screen resumes and perform early evaluations of applicants to determine their fit within Platinum Choice Bancard, requiring deep knowledge of our company culture, needs and the functions of our open positions. He/she will often be a candidate's first personal contact with Platinum Choice Bancard, which stands as our best opportunity to impress.
  
The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Post job listings
* Identifies candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
*Interview potential sales agents for available positions.
* Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
* Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns.
* Provide performance feedback on all recruiting progress
Qualifications:
* Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
